At CodeEllipse, we strive to ensure the satisfaction of our customers. However, due to the nature of digital products, we have a specific refund and return policy in place.

Refunds

Eligibility for Refunds: We offer refunds within 2 days of purchase, provided that the product has not been downloaded after purchase. Once a product is downloaded, it is considered used, and a refund will no longer be applicable.
Refund Request Process: To request a refund, please contact us within the 2-day window with your order details. We will verify if the product has been downloaded. If eligible, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

Product Exchanges: If you are not satisfied with your purchase or wish to exchange it for another product of equal value, we offer exchanges. You can exchange your product within 7 days of purchase, as long as the product has not been downloaded.
Exchange Process: To initiate an exchange, please contact our support team with your order details and the product you would like to exchange for. Once verified, we will assist you in accessing the new product.

Non-refundable Items

Products that have been downloaded or used.
Purchases made beyond the 2-day refund period.
